November 29 at 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Event Navigation

When it comes to cancer, implementing an exercise routine – before treatment gets underway, during treatment, and beyond – is one of the best ways you can take care of yourself.  Studies show that the right exercise routine can enhance physical well-being and spur recovery.

This special seminar, presented by Dr. Mark J. Smith, is about the benefits of high-intensity, short duration exercise and how you can implement a simple and effective exercise routine to match your lifestyle and current physical condition.
