Dr. Mark J. Smith is an applied exercise physiologist recognized as a leading authority on the health and conditioning benefits of high-intensity, short-duration exercise protocols. Dr. Smith has lectured extensively on the subject, and as a result, his recommended programs are now implemented at thousands of health and conditioning centers around the world. In addition to serving on several advisory boards, Dr. Smith has maintained his own practice at The Sports Center at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage since 2006.
